This month, we’re shining the spotlight on Mia, a dedicated piano student who has been growing with us for the past two years!
One of the coolest things Mia has explored recently is the whistle register, an impressive and challenging vocal technique that shows her willingness to push herself and try new things musically. She’s inspired by artists like Ariana Grande and Olivia Dean, whose powerful and expressive voices motivate her own musical journey.
Outside of music, Mia loves spending time creating art, and when she wants a treat, she reaches for her favorite super-sour candy: Warheads!
Keep up the amazing work, Mia. We’re so proud of you!
Musical Ladder
System®
Achievements
The Santee Music Academy and The San Diego School of Music are the only music schools in the San Diego that give their students the opportunity to earn special colored wristband bracelets (kids and teens love them!), trophies AND certificates for passing musical tests with the Musical ladder System®. which has been awarded multiple patients and is being used by schools nationwide.
Do other schools offer trophies and certificates? A few. But none of them inspire their students with the smiling faces by giving them full color, really cool "Musical Ladder System®" wristbands that they can show off to their friends.
